RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not currently accept returns and refunds as do not ship our products.

In the event the flavour of product you have ordered online is out of stock by the time you come to the lakes we will offer a replacement flavour.

If you have hired equipment from us and return the equipment broken then any breakages must be paid for. Do not lift fish from the water using the rod as it will break, always use a net. Do not lift the fish in the net by leveraging the handle as you will snap both the handle and the net, gently slide the net closer to you so that with both hands you can lift the net out of the water and onto the un-hooking mat.

Ticket Validity

Tickets are redeemable up to 6 months from the purchase date and can only be used once. Please bring proof of purchase with you.
